[vpn-help] All 3 ShrewSoft Services fails to start with error „193: 0xc1“

Dear ShrewSoft Support Team,

After installing the VPN Access Manager (Ver.2.2.2) the Services:

? ShrewSoft DNS Proxy Deamon

? ShrewSoft IKE Deamon

? ShrewSoft IPSEC Deamon

fails to start with the error message ?193: 0xc1?

We use the VPN on Windows 7 Enterprise Edition.
Re-install VPN Access Manager with deleting folders and registry keys and rebooting unhelped.
